These Terms govern your use of kinyoubiatelier.com and any materials provided by Kinyoubi Atelier & Co. (the “Studio”). Accessing the site means you accept them.
Intellectual property
All site materials (text, graphics, logos, code, diagrams, design systems, and methodologies) are owned by the Studio under Indian copyright law and international conventions. You may not reproduce, modify, redistribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without written permission. You may not use any content to train, fine tune, or otherwise inform machine learning models.
Prohibited activities
No automated scraping, harvesting, or crawling of this site or its content (the case studies, the notes, Aika transcripts, or the source behind them), which extends the machine learning prohibition above to the act of collection itself. No impersonation of the Studio. No use of the site in ways that would violate Indian law or the law of your jurisdiction.
Liability
The site, including the case studies and any figures, methods, or sample work shown in them, is provided as is, without warranties. Content on the site is not professional legal, financial, or investment advice. The Studio is not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on it.
Governing law
Indian law governs these Terms. Jurisdiction is exclusive. Disputes resolve in the courts of Koraput District, Odisha.
Use of AI in our work and on this site
We are open about where AI assists what we do. We use AI assistance both in building software and in operating this site, always under human direction and human review. Nothing here is automated to a point where no person is accountable for it.
The Aika concierge on this site runs on Anthropic’s Claude Haiku 4.5, called once per turn through a Cloudflare Worker we operate; inference does not run in your browser. Aika answers questions about the Studio, grades the request, and hands a worthwhile conversation to a person with a summary already written. It is a concierge, not a salesperson, and it does not give professional advice. How it works, what it stores, and for how long are set out on the Aika page and in our Privacy Policy.
When we build software, for ourselves and for clients, we use AI coding agents under the direction of our engineers. The agent assists; the engineer decides. Every AI assisted change is reviewed and tested by a person before it ships, and every material decision is recorded. We do not ship work that a person has not reviewed.
This disclosure does not reduce the warranties, liability terms, or other provisions above; it sits alongside them.
